1. Fill the tank with oil and water, they will separated in a few minutes, with oil above, water below
2. Oil on top layer to fry food
3. Water on bottom layer to get the frying waste or impurities
4. Save oil. The impurities will be drained out everyday with water. So that the oil can keep fresh and clean for a much longer time
